Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lake Country Outfitters. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

In-store pickup

Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order at Lake Country Outfitters, 1020 Lake Oconee Parkway, Eatonton, GA 31024. Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern.

Pickup orders are usually ready by the next day we're open. Please wait for your "Ready for pickup" email before coming in, and bring your order confirmation. All orders are charged at the time of purchase, whether shipped or picked up.

We hold pickup orders for up to 30 days. Refunds on pickup orders are available within 7 days of the order date, whether or not the order has been picked up; after that, the sale is final. We'll contact you before your refund window closes and again before the hold period ends. Pickup orders can't be converted to shipped orders, but unclaimed orders can be shipped at the customer's expense.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is not available for online orders at this time.
